Flint Group is advancing packaging solutions with its latest offering: EkoCure XS shrink white inks. These new additions to their UV LED dual-curing flexo ink series are engineered to provide a robust and uniform white base for shrink-sleeve applications. A key benefit is their enhanced durability, resisting issues like cracking and flaking, which often compromise package integrity and visual appeal. This innovation aims to simplify the production workflow for manufacturers by ensuring compatibility with both traditional UV and modern UV LED curing presses, thereby boosting operational efficiency.

For superior results, Flint Group recommends careful application, advising that the total thickness of the ink layers should not exceed 15 billion cubic microns.
